Food Beverage Department
F & B (Food & Beverage) in the hospitality industry is one of the departments that are important for continuity of operations because the products offered / sold to guests is a product to address the needs of daily living, namely food and beverage products. Hotel is a commercial business, which has a maximum of three facilities, namely: accommodation, food and beverages. F & B Department is the department that handles all the food and drinks at a hotel ranging from material selection, preparation, taste, quality, appearance and price offered to guests include providing the best service to guests in accordance with the standards of each hotel. F & B Department is also responsible for making activity in dealing with food and drinks, of course, also create an event performances and entertainment

Dept. of F & B Back Service on duty at the rear, namely: Kitchen, stewarding, swimingpooll, service bar and cafeteria employees 3.

Waiter / Waitress To increase revenue, F & B Depatement not only in food and beverage sales systems that exist, but must have a strategy that can attract guests in increasing revenues either from Room Service, Restaurant and Bar.
