UNDERSTANDING THE BARTENDER

    The bartender is an expert in the field of beverage or people who work in bars and expert in making mixed drinks, creating new recipes, can calculate the selling price (cost) required and creates its own charm in the drink.

As a bartender who are experts in the field of drinks must meet several requirements as follows

1. Have a general educational background / hospitality

c). Supplies and Equipment Bar

    One of the factors that determine the success operasinal a bar is the availability of sufficient supplies and equipment. All equipment and this equipment must be visible to guests or visitors of the bar, hence the quantity and quality must be properly addressed.

Supplies Bar

    Bar supplies, among others:
